Hunter Education

IMG_0021.JPG

To hunt on the Fort Berthold Indian Reservation hunter education certification is required by any hunters age 12 and older. Exceptions: Hunters born before December 31, 1961 or Veterans of the US Armed forces that have been honorably discharged - persons applying for this exemption must present a copy of their DD214 to the TAT Fish & Wildlife to be eligible.

All of our Fish & Wildlife employees are Certified Hunter Education instructors through the North Dakota Game & Fish Department.

Our classes typically take place between Memorial Day and Labor Day every year.

We try to schedule at least one hunter education class in each segment.

We will post a flier of dates and locations once we get the classes scheduled.
